It comes with a binder which has cards in which you can write down which CD you have in which slot and keep it organized by numbering it. So you'll just have to read down the list you made, and pull that CD according to which number. The Acesonic CDR-50 Pro CD Rack comes with labels so if you have more than one Pro Disc Rack, you can label the disc rack and binder accordingly. You can have this system as standalone, or you can snap and stack a few of them together if you have a lot of discs.
