By employing Audix’s VLM (very low mass) technology, the OM6 is very responsive to transients and harmonics. This, along with a rising frequency response between 2-10k, allows the OM6 to compete with the sound of condenser microphones. Transformerless design and balanced, low impedance output allow for interference–free performance even with long cable runs.
